The agreement between you and us when you use Pearl Social.
Last updated 2 October 2026.
These terms are between you and Pearl Social. By creating an account you accept them.
Pearl Social reads a website you give us, drafts a brand profile from it, and produces social media posts — a caption, an image, a short video, and a branded render — which you review step by step.
Pearl does not publish anything for you. It makes the post; you download it and publish it yourself. Publishing to social platforms is something we intend to build, and nothing in these terms promises a date.
You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your password to yourself. Tell us at hello@itspearl.ai if you think someone else has access to it.
The product is paid for with credits, bought in advance. There is no subscription and no minimum. Each step of a post costs a stated amount, and the amount is shown to you before you approve that step.
You own the captions, images, videos and renders Pearl produces for you, and you can use them anywhere, including commercially. You keep ownership of everything you give us — your brand, your banners, your briefs. We use them only to run the product for you.
We may suspend an account that does these things.
Pearl is built not to invent facts about your business, and it will not fabricate statistics, client names or certifications. It is still a machine, and you are still the publisher. Review every post before you put it out. We are not responsible for what you choose to publish.
We work to keep the product running but do not promise it will always be available, and we depend on providers we do not control. We may change or withdraw features. If we discontinue something you are relying on, we will give you reasonable notice.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death, personal injury, or fraud. Subject to that, our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
You can stop using Pearl at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may end your access if you break these terms. See Privacy for what happens to your data.
We may update these terms; the date at the top says when they last changed, and we will email you about anything material.
